Engineering internship credited with Master Project (master in Digital Humanities)

Summary

The engineering internship is an integral part of the curriculum for master's students. They join companies in Switzerland or abroad to carry out either an internship or their master thesis project in a field of activity where their skils of future engineers are highlighted.

Learning Prerequisites

Required courses

Having completed two full semesters.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, the student must be able to:

• Be aware of the importance of legal procedures and the ethical code of the profession
• Communicate effectively and be understood
• Self-assess the level of acquired skills and plan the next goals
• Manage hte priorities
• Receive and give feedback (criticism) and respond appropriately

The studen agrees to do this internship with professionalism

Assessment methods

- Short internship (8 weeks) : electronical evaluation at the end of the internship

- Long internship (6 months) : electronical evaluation at the end of the internship
