Summary

In this course, the students will learn the basics skills in cancer immunotherapy and immunoengineering. Open to 4 students (except for the 1st time in 2020, only 2 students will be accepted!).

Content

The students will learn how to

1) isolate and purify immunotherapeutics

2) formulate engineered nanoparticle delivery system

3) evaluate in vitro killing efficiency with effector T cells

Note

3-day Block course, every year in January. To register, contact EDMS Administration.

This course takes place yearly in January, it can host up to 4 students (except for the 1st time in 2020, only 2 students will be accepted!). PhD students can not attend this course in their own lab!

Learning outcomes: recombinant protein purification, nanoparticle syntethsis, T-cell killing assay
