Content
The "Improve your organizational and societal effectiveness" module enhances leadership and strategic skills. Participants will learn to navigate complexity, improve communication, and understand organisational cultural dynamics. The program covers strategic frameworks and systems thinking, focusing on global trends. It also addresses goal setting, stakeholder management, and overcoming resistance to change, with practical applications and collaborative discussions.
The majority of the classes will be delivered by David Bolton.
