Summary
Students apply the scientific and technical knowledge they have acquired during their studies to a research case study in an independent way.
Content
Students are required to realize an engineering project integrating several aspects of Neuro-X. This project will allow
them to apply their technical and transversal skills acquired during their studies to resolve a practical problem. The list of
labs where students can search for a project is available on the web site of SNX.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, the student must be able to:
- Manage a research project
- Apply the competences to a specific subject
- Assess / Evaluate the results critically
- Compose the project in written form in a scientific report
- Develop expertise in a specific area of research
- Represent data in a consistent and efficient way
Transversal skills
- Access and evaluate appropriate sources of information.
- Collect data.
- Write a literature review which assesses the state of the art.
- Write a scientific or technical report.
- Communicate effectively, being understood, including across different languages and cultures.
