Summary
A series of seminars on selected current and emerging topics in Materials will be presented by experts.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, the student must be able to:
- Interpret topics of recent research in materials science and engineering
Transversal skills
- Use a work methodology appropriate to the task.
- Communicate effectively with professionals from other disciplines.
Teaching methods
The course "Seminar series" will consist of 12-14 scientific talks per semester. Attendance of all of these talks is strongly recommended. The students are expected to take their own notes and do literature research concerning the background of the talks (presentation slides will not be distributed).
