Production of lentivector
Content
Lentivectors are powerful tools to generate stable cell lines for overexpression, knock-down, knock-out and epigenetic modifications. It has a large genetic capacity and the ability to transduce both dividing and non-dividing cells, primary or other difficult-to-transfect cells. We will perform a lentivector production and titration with 2nd generation lentiviral packaging system.
