Summary

Pattern recognition pathways in innate immunity. The course aims to teach students about approaches to study mechanisms of innate immune recognition of pathogens.

Content

Students will be introduced in basic concepts of innate immune signaling and effector mechanisms.

Each participant will need to figure out the mechanism through which a specific innate immune modulator assigned to him/her activates an innate immune response.

Note

Please note that you cannot register in your own group Practical.

Note that 3 practical courses are mandatory for all EDMS students and that they have the priority; each course has between 2 to 4 possible slots.
