This course encourages you to demonstrate and communicate your leadership at your full potential. We explore leadership and communication through several lenses to enable you to develop your understanding and skills to drive societal change and impact.

Understanding the psychology of communication
Leading and communicating collaboration and change
Managing influence and powerful stakeholders
Shaping an inclusive and sustainable society through leadership and communication
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, the student must be able to:
- Identify your assumptions and mindset to learning, leading and communicating and the impact these have.
- Realize how to motivate and influence powerful stakeholders
- Explore how to bring ideas to life to shape society

- Communicate effectively, being understood, including across different languages and cultures.
- Demonstrate a capacity for creativity.
- Give feedback (critique) in an appropriate fashion.
- Negotiate effectively within the group.

Teaching methods
Lecture, guest speaker, assignments, case studies, small group discussions, feedback will be used across the course.
