Summary

The main goal of this course is to present several open problems in rapidly developing areas of Geometric and Topological Combinatorics

Content

This course considers selected problems in Geometric and Topological Combinatorics. Here are some of the topics that will be covered: Extremal point configurations on the sphere, few-distance sets, Sperner's lemma (its generalizations and applications), the Borsuk-Ulam theorem (its discrete versions, generalizations, and applications), problems of fair division and mass partition, some applications of combinatorics in number theory.
